Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at mygiftdepot26@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 1147 W 16th St, San Bernardino, CA 92411. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized items (such as special orders or engraved products), perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Sale items are also final sale.
Return shipping For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mygiftdepot26@gmail.com.
